Epigastric Pain series 6 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 28]

EE Case 28 (10mm slice) An 11-year-old boy with no significant past history. The patient developed periumbilical pain and vomiting for two days followed by persistent abdominal pain, watery diarrhea and fever for one day. He was treated as gastroenteritis without relieving symptoms. Temperature: 39.0 degrees Celsius. There are tenderness and rebound tenderness in entire abdomen, but without muscle guarding.
