Epigastric Pain series 6 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 27]

EE Case 27 (10mm slice):A 64-year-old male. Past history: Appendectomy at age of 40 years. He was admitted to a nearby hospital because of epigastric pain and vomiting for three days. He was transferred after no improvement by decompression with ileus tube. Temperature: 38.1 degrees Celsius. Abdomen was distended, and there were tenderness and rebound tenderness in epigastrium but without muscle guarding. Plain (noncontrasted) CT was taken after gastrografin injection from ileus tube.
