Epigastric Pain series 6 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 26]

EE Case 26 (7mm slice) A 75-year-old male with a past history of gastrectomy for benign ulcer at age of years. Gastrostomy was constructed a year ago because of dementia. He presented with two days history of gradually increasing epigastric pain associated with vomiting. He had no fever and examination showed soft abdomen with mild distension without tenderness.
