Special Edition of Obstruction1 EXPERT COURSE [ObE Case 1]

Case. ObE 1 (5mm slice):A 70-year-old male with no past history of abdominal surgery. Epigastric pain developed during a walk several hours ago, and soon followed by three times of vomiting. Because abdominal pain increased in intensity, he visited a nearby hospital where analgesic was administered without relief. Temperature: 35.9 degrees Celsius. There was tenderness in epigastrium, but without rebound tenderness or muscle guarding.
