Special Edition of Obstruction1 RESIDENT COURSE [ObR Case 1]

ObR 1 (5mm slice):A 68-year-old male. The left inguinal hernia was operated on eight years ago but recurred three years later. Six hours ago, he noticed bulge of left groin associated with pain, and soon intermittent abdominal pain developed. Temperature: 36.0 degrees Celsius, abdominal examination showed irreducible left inguinal hernia with tenderness, and soft abdomen without tenderness.
