Epigastric Pain series 7 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 35]

EE Case 35 (7.5mm slice) A 61-year-old male with a past history of appendectomy at age of 16 years. Five hours after the lunch, squeezing continuous epigastric pain suddenly developed and he vomited once at ER. Temperature: 36.8 degrees Celsius, abdominal examination revealed tenderness in epigastrium, but without rebound or muscle guarding.
