Epigastric Pain series 7 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 34]

EE Case 34 (10mm slice) A 68-year-old female. She has a past history of Cesarean section at age of 30 years and hysterectomy for cervical cancer at age of 53 years. Epigastric pain, nausea and several episodes diarrhea occurred in the previous night and she came to hospital in the morning because epigastric pain was not alleviated. Temperature: 36.3 degrees Celsius. Abdomen was distended, and there was generalized abdominal tenderness without rebound tenderness or muscle guarding.
