Epigastric Pain series 7 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 32]

EE Case 32 (10mm slice) A 62-year-old female. Past history: appendectomy at age of 22 years and open hysterectomy for myoma at age of 42 years. She was admitted and observed at nearby local hospital for her epigastric pain with fluid replacement and analgesic for 5 days. However, her pain increased in its intensity and vomiting developed. Temperature: 38.5 degree Celsius, and there were tenderness and rebound tenderness over epigastrium to the left side of abdomen.
