Epigastric Pain series 7 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 31]

EE Case 31 (10mm slice) An 89-year-old female with no history of abdominal surgery in the past. She developed abrupt onset of continuous epigastric pain 18 hours ago and was taken to ER because the pain was not relieved and was associated with vomiting for several hours. Temperature: 37.2 degrees Celsius. Her abdomen was soft and showed tenderness in epigastrium with no rebound or guarding.
