Epigastric Pain series 7 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 34]

ER Case 34 (10mm slice) An 87-year-old male with no history of abdominal surgery. He developed epigastric pain in prior evening. An eight hours after the onset of the pain, the intensity of pain increased with development of vomiting. Temperature: 36.4 degrees Celsius, his abdomen was soft and flat, and showed mild tenderness in epigastrium. Fig.13-Fig.16 are noncontrasted CT corresponding to Fig.9-Fig.12.
