Epigastric Pain series 6 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 29]

ER Case 29 (10mm slice) A 55-year-old male with a past history of intestinal tuberculosis in childhood and conservatively treated hepatic trauma 5 years ago. Intermittent epigastric pain develops 20 hours ago after supper, and he was brought to ER by ambulance because pain gradually aggravated. Temperature: 36.1 degrees Celsius. On examination, abdomen was soft but there was tenderness over upper abdomen without rebound pain and muscle guarding.
