Epigastric Pain series 5 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 24]

EE24 (10mm slice) A 76 years old female with a past history of oophorectomy for ovarian cyst torsion 3 years ago. She developed sudden onset of epigastric pain associated with several episodes of vomiting for several hours. Temperature was 37.1Ž, abdominal examination showed tenderness in epigastrium, but soft without muscle guarding.
