Epigastric Pain series 5 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 24]

EE24 (10mm slice) A 76 years old female with a past history of oophorectomy for ovarian cyst torsion 3 years ago. She developed sudden onset of epigastric pain associated with several episodes of vomiting for several hours. Temperature was 37.1ށ, abdominal examination showed tenderness in epigastrium, but soft without muscle guarding.
