Epigastric Pain series 5 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 25]EE25 (10mm slice) A 72 years old male with a past history of total gastrectomy for residual gastric cancer two years ago and partial gastrectomy for gastric cancer at age of 48 years. He had gradually aggravating epigastric pain and nausea for about 20 hour duration. Temperature: 37.2, There were tenderness and rebound tenderness in epigastrium, but without muscle guarding. |
