Epigastric Pain series 5 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 25]ER case 25 (10mm slice) An 80-year-old male with a past history of total gastrectomy for cancer two years ago, occasionally felt transient epigastric pain since then. He was taken to the hospital due to increasing epigastric pain for one day. Temparature:36.4 degrees Celsius, his abdomen was distended and there was tenderness in epigastrium without signs of peritoneal irritation. The bowel sounds were silent. |
