Epigastric Pain series 4 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 20]

EE Case20 (7.5mm slice): A 63-year-old male with a past history of gastrectomy for ulcer at age of 33 years. He developed epigastric pain associated with vomiting on the day before. He was taken to ER because of increasing pain. Body temperature: 36.2 degrees Celsius. Left upper quadrant was distended with tenderness and rebound tenderness. The bowel sounds were decreased.
