Epigastric Pain series 4 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 19]

EE Case19 (Plain CT, 10mm slice): An 82-year-old female with no history of abdominal surgery. She developed epigastric pain and vomiting three days ago which was treated as gastroenteritis. She came back because the pain gradually became intense. Body temperature: 36.9 degrees Celsius. Abdomen showed tenderness in the left upper quadrant, but without rebound tenderness or muscle guarding.
