Epigastric Pain series 2 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 7]ER Case 7 (7.5mm slice): A 55-year-old male. He had occasional epigastric pain for several months, and presented to ER complaining of severe epigastric pain which developed suddenly about 10 hours ago. Temperature: 38.8 degrees Celsius. Tenderness and rebound tenderness were noticed over epigastrium, but without muscle guarding. |
