Epigastric Pain series 2 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 8]ER Case 8 (8mm slice): A 74-year-old male presented with appetite loss and postprandial epigastric pain for a week. He was brought by ambulance because of increasing pain, several episodes of tarry stools and feeling of weakness. Temperature: 36.0 degrees Celsius. Tenderness was noticed in epigastrium without rebound tenderness or muscle guarding. |
