Special Edition of Obstruction1 RESIDENT COURSE [ObR Case 3]

Case ObR 3 (5mm slice):A 77-year-old female. Past history: resection of rectal cancer with permanent sigmoid colostomy at age of 67 years. Following two days constipation, he developed abdominal distension, nausea and appetite loss,and was taken to the hospital because of gradual aggravation over several hours. Temperature: 35.9 degrees Celsius. Her abdomen was distended, but soft without tenderness.
