Epigastric Pain series 7 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 32]

ER Case 32 (10mm slice) A 59-year-old female. Past history: sigmoidectomy for polyp of colon a few years ago. She presented with aggravating epigastric pain and several episodes of vomiting for 12 hours. Temperature: 37.0 degrees Celsius, her abdomen showed tenderness in epigastrium, but no rebound or guarding. There were increased bowel sounds with occasional high pitched metallic sounds.
