Epigastric Pain series 6 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 30]

EE Case 30 (10mm slice) An 85-year-old male with a past history of total gastrectomy for cancer four months ago. He presented with acute onset of epigastric pain developed after supper five hours ago. Soon pain increased in its severity and was followed by vomiting. Temperature: 36.9 degrees Celsius, abdomen was distended, and tenderness was noticed in lower abdomen, but without rebound or guarding. CT was obtained due to increasing pain in spite of decompression with NG tube.
