Epigastric Pain series 6 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 27]

ER Case 27 (10mm slice) A 43-year-old male. He has a history of open cholecystectomy at age of 40 years. Intermittent epigastric pain developed suddenly after supper, and he came to the hospital two hours later because pain was not alleviated. Temperature:37.5 degrees Celsius, there were tenderness, rebound tenderness and muscle guarding around umbilicus, and bowel sounds were increased.
