Epigastric Pain series 5 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 21]

EE21 (7.5mm slice): A 78-year-old male with a past history of gastrectomy for cancer 3 years ago, developed intermittent epigastric pain and nausea for 20 hours He was taken to the ER after 12 hours of pain. He was released under impression of acute gastritis but to return to ER without improvement. Temperature:37.7Ž,There was tenderness around the umbilicus without peritoneal signs.
