Epigastric Pain series 5 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 23]

ER23 (10mm slice) A 64-year-old female. Past history: laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy at age of 24 years and total gastrectomy for gastric cancer at age of 62 years. Epigastric pain and nausea developed several hours ago, and she presented to ER because of no improvement. Temperature: 37.5Ž, there was tenderness in epigastrium, but no rebound tenderness or muscle guarding.
