Epigastric Pain series 5 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 21]ER Case 21 (10mm slice) A 16-year-old female with a past history of appendectomy for perforated appendicitis at age of 7 years. She presented with sudden onset of intermittent epigastric pain with nausea for several hours. Body temperature: 37.5. On examination, the left upper quadrant showed tenderness and rebound tenderness. |
