Epigastric Pain series 4 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 17]

EE Case 17 (10mm slice): A 50-year-old female who underwent abdominal total hysterectomy for uterine myoma one year ago, presented with aggravating intermittent epigastric pain and vomiting for the past several hours. Body temperature: 36.8 degrees Celsius. Physical examination revealed distended abdomen without tenderness. Increased bowel sounds and high-pitched metallic sounds were audible.
