Epigastric Pain series 4 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 20]

ER Case 20 (10mm slice): A 79-year-old female who is known to have atrial fibrillation, presented to the hospital with sudden onset of chest pain, epigastric pain and vomiting for several hours. After stabilizing acute myocardial infarction and cardiac failure, CT scan was obtained on 7th day because of still lasting epigastric pain. There was no fever, and tenderness was noticed in the epigastrium.
