Epigastric Pain series 3 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 13]

ER Case 13 (7.5mm slice): An 89-year-old female was brought by ambulance because of sudden onset of right upper quadrant pain followed soon by nausea and vomiting for three hours. Temperature: 37.5 degrees Celsius. Physical examination revealed clinical signs of peritonitis in epigastrium.
