EE Case 6 (10mm slice): An 84-year-old female taking NSAIDs twice a day for pain of lower extremities, presented with gradually increasing epigastric pain and postprandial vomiting for two days. Temperature: 36.5 degrees Celsius. There is tenderness in epigastrium.
