Epigastric Pain series 1 EXPERT COURSE [EE Case 2]EE Case 2 (5mm slice) A 60-year-old male was taken to the emergency department by ambulance because of severe epigastric pain. He developed moderate epigastric pain 3 days ago which aggravated in intensity during for 3 hours. Body temperature: 36.8 degrees Celsius. Physical examination showed tenderness, and muscle guarding in epigastrium and right hypochondriac region. |
